Started one of my favorite programs again and HOLY TAMOLE!! The glutes are feeling it already ๐ฅต

๐ Dumbbell sumo deadlifts โ 3x12
๐ Cable kickbacks โ 3x15
๐ Deficit Bulgarian split squats (barbell) โ 4x15
๐ Squats โ 5x12
๐ Hip thrusts โ 5x12, 10, 10, 8, 8, reps ๐
