Here is where to find puffin birds in Ireland. We took a ferry from Kilmore quay in Wexford to salty Island. The ferry took about half an hour to reach the island and once we are close to the island, we hopped onto a dinghy boat which took us to the shore. This is the adventurous part, From the dinghy boat it’s a wet landing meaning we have to walk on wet rocks and marshy surface filled with sea weeds. So it’s recommended to remove your shoes and walk barefoot. It’s all gonna be worth it!! To see the puffin birds you just have to go to the other end of the island which is about a 10 minute walk. You can catch beautiful sceneries on your your way. When you are close to this bay, this is where you will find puffins. No wonder they chose this view!
