This weekend we said goodbye to my Grandma, Sarah Conran, who lived to the remarkable age of 96. She lived an adventure of a life - born in 1924 in the tropical paradise of Kerala, southern India, later moving to Saudi Arabia to start her career in medicine as a young woman and then taking her 4 small children to England as both a single mother and immigrant in a strange land. In life she bravely faced all challenges with determination and lived long enough to see her many great and even great-great grand children, all of whom will miss her dearly. I know each one of us is thankful for the journey she made, a journey that made all of our lives possible. She will remain in our hearts and memories until the time we meet again. ❤️
