I can’t emphasize enough how important it is to find, and then implement, your neutral pelvis in class. It takes practice, time and consistency to become second nature so don’t worry if you’re still working on understanding what this position looks and feels like for your body. Keep at it. It will come. Tonight’s upload to the app is a 30 min lower body series with ankle weights (yes, using new weights and I’ll share soon. Still playing around with them). The series heavily focused on strengthening the glutes while protecting the pelvic floor. Some exercises will look and feel glute-focused and some will not.
