As some of you may know, the fight against human trafficking is something I hold very close to my heart. This Saturday is the World Day Against Trafficking in Persons and my hope is to continue to bring awareness to our fight because we have a duty to take action for those who can’t. It is estimated that more than 40 million victims are trapped in human trafficking around the world today. This number can be daunting and you might not even know where to start, but I want to encourage you that each one of us can make a difference, especially when we stand together. The @ttfrescueteam is a great place to start to learn more about how you can get involved in this fight. No matter how small or big of a part you play in combating this evil, it takes us all to #endhumantrafficking.
