This is one of my favorite holiday go-to cocktails. I created this one over a decade ago and have made this for countless private parties, events, friends & fam & etc. It’s designed to work with almost any spirit. Highly recommend either whisky, vodka , reposado, mezcal or amaro ... or a split base. UNCLE BUCK 2 oz Spirit 1.25 oz Fresh Pressed Granny Smith 🍏 1/2 oz 🍋 1/4-1/2oz Fresh Pressed Ginger 1/2 oz Cinnamon Syrup Optional Cinnamon Dusting (pic2) I love Ginger so I usually do 1/2 oz but as always you do you. With Amaro as the base spirit it’s the perfect digestif / after dinner libation. Fun 📷 tip : instead of moving the drink, move yourself.
