You may be surprised to know that 1 in 10 people in the U.S. suffer from eczema, or an inflammatory skin condition that causes dry, itchy, highly-sensitive skin. While its most common form is atopic dermatitis, the social implications are the same: – 51.3% said it limits their lifestyle – 39.1% said it causes them to avoid social interaction because of their appearance – 43.3% said it affects their activities You never know what someone else is going through, so remember to always lead with kindness.
