✨ #POPPIN ✨ @chrisbrownofficial I had SOOOO much fun teaching back home in #KC last week 🥺 I’m always shocked at the amount of new faces that come through. I always try to emphasize my class isn’t really about the dance at all, but the #confidence and #feeling part. Never about the mistakes, but more so HOW we recover from those mistakes. Often times I feel like I get really deep about some 8-counts, but at the end of the day we’re using the same part of our brain to step out of our comfort zone - whether it’s the dance floor or making huge changes in our lives. I always try to encourage my students to think outside of their current bubble.
