These last few months have been arguably the hardest in our lives. The leader of our household, best friend and most importantly Mother has been battling an ugly and rare cancer called a myxoid liposarcoma. We have seen this deteriorate her body, remove her ability to walk, dance, and even be the person she once was. She’s different. Our new reality is that of what others before us have gone through and it’s hard. She’s in a strict facility where only a few people can go per day, so her social battery is very low but we know people have been asking to see her, it’s just hard. I want to bring awareness to her situation and if there was ever something nice she ever did for you, just reach out even if she doesn’t reply back. Most days she doesn’t have the energy. In honor of what she’s going through I asked my good friends to help me pay tribute to her with this video and I would ask you share if your heart tells you to so maybe it can reach someone who’s lost contact with my mom. Cancer is no joke, but I know my mom is a fighter. We are far from the end.
