I prepped a loaf of sourdough bread...and then remembered my oven is broken 🤦🏼‍♀️ I can’t throw things away though, so I decided to cut my loaf of dough up and cook them on a griddle. ENTER IN: some of the best “english muffins” I’ve ever had! Sometimes mistakes in the kitchen lead to the best results ☺️
