But Jitin has been working in garlanded kitchens the world over for nigh on twenty-five years, alongside the likes of Éric Chavot, Jason Atherton and Atul Kochhar. Returning to Carousel for a second time after a sell-out fortnight last summer, Jitin joins us for five special nights.
