Monaco DL 3k: 9th place 7:39.58 Tough race for me in Monaco. I’ll take away the positives and get back to some hard training in Sankt Moritz before racing 5k later this summer. The positives were how comfortable I felt crossing 1600 meters in 4:01. Unfortunately the race was still up ahead of me and I will need to work hard to be up in that race. #OnRunning #UCAN
