Last Thursday Evening was the launch of @tommys_darlinghurst spring menu. Guests enjoyed delicious authentic Mexican canapés and Tequila Patrón cocktails. ✨🍋 Tommy’s Darlinghurst is a unique dining experience inspired by Mexican & South American flavours with a Modern Australian touch. Dishes from the new menu that you can’t miss include the Passionfruit Kingfish Aguachile with Microherbs and Watermelon Raddish, the Red Snapper Ceviche with Lime and Ginger Marinade, Coconut Dressing and House-made Pickles, the charcoal roasted Pato A La Brasa, and the Tomahawk a la Parilla, a 1.2kg Grass-fed Tomahawk Steak, cooked over a charcoal grill and served with Beetroot Gel, Pickled Daikon, Huancaina Potatoes and Brussel Sprouts. And of course, the must have cocktails the Tommy’s Tommy’s, made with Jalapeño infused Patrón Silver Tequila, Fresh Pineapple, Agave Syrup, and Lime, as well as their Al Fresco, a juicy and spicy watermelon Margarita made with Patrón Silver Tequila, fresh Watermelon, Green Grape, Orange, and Citrus. 🍉🌷 Guest’s also enjoyed a Tequila masterclass by Patrón brand ambassador @joeychis @patron
