✨ LIFE LATELY has been SOFT...and for that we are grateful. 🙏🏾 In this first year of full time #entrepreneurship I have learned how crucial it is to be intentional about self-care and finding space for less work and more play (while still getting to the bag 🤑). Establishing boundaries between myself and my laptop turned an almost burned out Lili into a recharged expert that has more energy and time to actually LIVE LIFE and SERVE OTHERS. My tips for finding balance are: ☝🏾Check YOURSELF before you check your email when you wake up in the morning. Be intentional about setting your daily mood. I do this daily through morning prayer and reflection with the @glorifyappofficial but my hubby swears by meditation with @headspace! ✌🏾If you are no longer able to knock out your daily to-do lists then it may be time to get help! I cannot tell you how much freedom I found when I brought on experts to my team to take on the tasks that I constantly struggled to get too. Teams are truly a saving grace! And 🙌🏾 create a physical boundary between work and home. Getting an office space helps me know when it’s time to be BAUCE Lili and when it’s time to just be ME!
