she does not know what the future holds but she's grateful for slow and steady growth. -m.h. nichols . šŸ”Š sound on 🤣 Its only once a week but...since I've started incorporating Pilates back into my workout routine its made me so much aware of so many thing...mind and body wise. I'm often trying to muscle thru a lot of things, moving fast at times, or frustrated when I don't get it or can't do it. I definitely couldn't move fast thru this exercise or else I would have lost my core connection and that wouldn't have been cute. Muscling thru it...also not much of an option. And because I was so focused and enjoying what I was doing the frustration or doubt...gone! Its amazing ask me to do jump squats or mountain climbers and I'm a maniac but ask me to do 6 (or maybe it was 8) reps of this and listen to me. Sometimes SLOW + STEADY = GROWTH. . . Always grateful for my Mondays!
