Young and inspired Italian natural winemaker of Sicily, Alessandro looks after 7 hectares of organically managed vines, working strictly by hand. With vineyards located in two areas, his wines emulate the tastes of the soils.
Crisp apples, apricots and zesty lime, this Simphona is a wonderful and different example of Grillo that's hard to forget.
Aged on skins in Chestnut barrels for around 7 months. Made from 100% Grillo from the Vineyards in Pietra Rinosa, the clay-based soil and proximity to the ocean gives this one a distinct saline finish.
