So as we get ready for the Royal Parks Half Marathon, our friends at @moveyourframe have put together a quick warm up session designed specifically for runners.
Roll down and walk outs
Squat to Good morning
Forward lunge with twist
Side lunge with hip circles
Backwards lunge to power hop
High knees
Sprint
