this is my boyfriend/best friend joe. you might’ve seen him on my page putting up with my antics or on his talking about hating chiropractors. he loved his cats and his family, was shockingly good at baseball, and easily the funniest person I’ve ever met. he had more strength, wisdom, and compassion for others than I can measure. he had over 2 years sober and talked a lot about recovery and addiction on here. in his real life he helped so many people get sober and stay sober. on November 1st we lost him from this world to an overdose. his amazing family has set up a Shatterproof link which is in my bio and I would love if anyone who sees this checked it out and read up on what they do and donate if you can— but either way please send all your love and prayers to his family right now. thank u to everyone who’s reached out showing support. this disease has taken too many beautiful souls and I just can’t believe it took him too
