Nor’easter morning bagel scene.
.
Got my water boiling, went into the bakery for the malt syrup — drat! I had totally forgotten that I had used the last of it. In haste, I used honey in the boil. Malt is definitely better, but they were still good which, despite my overwhelming imposter syndrome, reminds me that maybe I actually kinda know what I’m doing.
