Congratulations to Hanif Kara @hanif.kara, GSD Professor in Practice of Architectural Technology, who has been awarded the 2022 Fazlur R. Khan Lifetime Achievement Award by the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat. He is the first UK engineer to receive this award.⁣ Hanif is Design Director and cofounder of AKT II @akt_ii, whose portfolio includes the Central Bank of Iraq in Baghdad and the Generali Headquarters in Milan. ⁣ The Fazlur R.
