Fitness is so much more than looking good. ⬇️👀 Like many, I started out working out because I was insecure of my body and I couldn’t tolerate my guilt any longer because I knew, deep down, I can do better! I can work out and feel more confident. Now, a decade full of workouts later, looking good became the least of my concerns—it’s a pleasant side effect of a simple yet fulfilling lifestyle.
