From behind the stick to being a consultant for bars & brands with a heavy emphasis on recipe development. Who knows if it will come to fruition but figured I’d share this drink and my recipe for the shrub. COSMIC COWBOY 2 oz Cantera Negra Silver 2 oz Spicy Cucumber Basil Shrub 2 oz Soda Water Pinch of 🌊 🧂 For the quick shrub in simplest terms : 8 oz of Fresh Cucumber Juice 4 oz Serrano Syrup (dm if want my procedure) 2 oz Apple Cider Vinegar 10 +Basil leaves (depending on size) Run blender into 🌿 is fully incorporated. Fine strain This shrub, IMPO, works best with Tequila and Mezcal.
