Here I go again;) a little piece of #REELLife I’m determined and motivated to keep up my workouts now. I go through phases, and life can throw curveballs that create detours in our path, but it really is important to keep things consistent. Sticking to a routine, however small, is significant! Drinking more water has been something I’ve talked about since you’ve all known me. @Hydralyte is really a game changer for me. How great are their multipacks of my 3 favorite flavors?? and how nice of me to keep them out for everybody in our gym;)😜it’s the little things! What is one thing that helps motivate you???
