This is the most delicious, easiest holiday dessert you’ll make this year. Hands down. I loooove the mix of popcorn and marshmallows, but you could add pretzels, nuts, orange zest, candy canes—the options are endless. Check out the recipe below xx DARK CHOCOLATE POPCORN BARK Ingredients: 2 10 ounce packages of dark chocolate chips (using @hukitchen baking gems) 3 cups salted popcorn (using @lesserevilsnacks) 1⁄2 cup raisins 1⁄2 cup mini marshmallows (using @mydandies) Generous pinch of maldon sea salt Directions: 1. Melt chocolate in bain marie or microwave
 2. While the chocolate is melting, line a baking sheet with tin foil, and get remaining ingredients ready.
 3. Add 2 cups of the popcorn, the dried cranberries and marshmallows into the bowl with the melted chocolate. Use a rubber spatula to evenly incorporate all the ingredients into the chocolate.
 4. Pour chocolate onto the baking sheet, using your rubber spatula to make sure and scrape every last bit from the bowl onto the sheet. 
 5. Next, fold in the remaining cup of popcorn, and spread chocolate evenly across the baking sheet. It will not reach the end of the pan, but that’s ok.
 6. Top with a generous sprinkle of maldon sea salt, and let sit at room temperature for at least two hours, or pop in the fridge to set.
 7. Once set, use your hands to break chocolate into chunks. Store in the fridge in an airtight container. #holidaydessert #chocolate #healthyholidays #healthyrecipes #glutenfree #dairyfree #happyholidays
