it's always difficult to write objectively about your love object - you love them for everything, even for their flaws. but i swear to god that after four gigs of @tameimpala i can discern which ones were good and which only okay. here's a fact for you - maybe an unpopular opinion even - Tame Impala gig on its own cannot even compare to their gig at a festival (unless it's probably Coachella lol). back to the topic though - i might end up not doing anything music journalism related, but storytelling through my personal relationship with @tameimpala paints the most accurate picture on what it means to be in their gig. their music is so much more about how you are feeling rather than which pedals they are using or how they performed. my standing ovations go to @perfumegenius - i think you deserve more applause and support than you got. i feel like i haven't seen an artist similar to you in any way. please continue surprising and showing what it feels to feel ❤️
