It’s been a year of highs and lows... basically life is amazing and then it’s awful, then it’s amazing again. And in between the amazing and the awful it’s ordinary and mundane. Breathe in the amazing, hold on through the awful, then relax and exhale the ordinary. That’s just what living is. And it can be breathtakingly beautiful.
