Last night I had the honor of spending time in these glorious mountains in my backyard and giving a keynote speech for the opening evening of the @albionfit Solstice retreat Their theme this year is JOY I can’t remember most of what I said, but this was (hopefully 😅) the whole point— CHOOSE to CULTIVATE joy in your life and give yourself PERMISSION to ACCEPT it As a whole, we as women are too often too readily eager to tear ourselves down and fixate on our failures It’s time to build ourselves up, and focus on (and celebrate) our often unnoticed efforts You are light and love!
