What does it mean to be mixed? Never really fitting into any set box, being boundless yet confined. Never quite fitting in but always standing out. Ever since I have known Sona, I have wanted to capture the essence of her rich African and Indian heritage. These images represent Sona. Beautiful, bold and dynamic; bringing the best of both worlds together in a mix of ethnicities, cultures and aesthetics.
