Save your leftover squash seeds and make this pumpkin spice nut & seed mix! Mix 1 c mixed nuts, 1/3 c coconut shreds, 1/2 c leftover squash seeds (rinsed and dried), 2 tbsp melted butter, 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice blend , 1/2 tsp chilli powder, 3 tbsp maple syrup, 1 tsp salt.
