There are soooo many great dimsum places in SGV and while @blooming_vip_restaurant may be one of the lesser known ones, it’s up there with the best! The selection is slightly smaller than the other big contenders in the area but the quality is great. In particular, they make excellent har gow, TRUFFLE siu mai and perfectly fluffy char siu bao. You order of the menu (no carts) and the ambiance is traditional Chinese banquet style. Service leaves something to be desired but it’s all part of the authentic experience!
