Welcome to Team NOBULL, @emma.lawson_5. At 17 years old, Emma Lawson will be competing as an elite individual at the 2022 NOBULL CrossFit Games®. It’s not her 1st CrossFit Games® and it certainly won’t be her last. Read on for a word from Emma on her journey here. “Being a good athlete means having a strong mindset and the ability to push yourself everyday. Avoiding distractions, other temptations, and staying focused on your goals, no matter what. There have been many times when I have wanted to fall down, cry, and quit. When I have asked myself if this is all worth it? But then I remind myself why I do CrossFit. I love striving to be better everyday. I thrive on setting goals for myself and chasing them with everything I have. If that means waking up early before school to get a workout in, or doing homework until late in the evening, so be it. It’s all worth it when you achieve your goals. Why am I NOBULL? I’m honest with myself, who I am, and what I stand for.
