You will stand in amaze-MINT when you see how good this VEGAN & ALLERGY FRIENDLY peppermint loaf was using @bobsredmill almond flour! #ad Here’s the recipe: Ingredients 1 3⁄4 cups @bobsredmill almond flour 1⁄2 cup cocoa powder 1 cup brown sugar 3 tsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda 1⁄4 tsp fine sea salt 2/3 cup oil 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 tsp peppermint extract 1⁄4 cup agave 1 tbs apple cider vinegar 1 1⁄4 cups alternative milk 1⁄4 cup dairy free chocolate chips 1⁄4 bag of dairy free chocolate chips for drizzle 2 crushed candy canes for topping Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In bowl, make the buttermilk. Pour milk and vinegar for 5 minutes to sit. Add syrup, oil and extracts. In another bowl whisk almond flour, cocoa, sugar, baking powder/soda, salt. Add wet ingredients to dry and mix well. Add chocolate chips until fully combined. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake for 25 minutes uncovered and then add foil and continue to bake for another 20-25 minutes. Check the bread occasionally with a toothpick so as not to overcook. Once cooled, Melt chocolate chips and drizzle on top with spoon. Add crushed candy canes to the top and enjoy!
