Some days finding the time to get in a workout is difficult but that's when you have to get creative. Thats when compound moves come in handy. Multiple muscle groups at the same time...in some way every day I resolve to move!

🔸️30 sec lateral squat w/a row
(slide 1)
🔸️30 sec reverse lunges w/hammer curl (slide 2)
🔸️30 sec squat to overhead press (slide 3)
🔸️1 min combo
(combine all 3 exercises - slide 4 - when the glasses come off you know its serious 😉)
🔸️1/2 Tabata - Saw & Mountain Climbers
* repeat on other side - thats one round - do 2 to 3 rounds
