On top of my continued ankle rehabilitation—
This translates to moving more intuitively— for the first time in a long time I am not sticking to ONE of my specific programs, but rather bouncing between PWR, PWR at Home, PWR Zero, and Redefine Fitness! I am asking myself each day how I really want to move, and which workout is best suited for my other priorities that day (ie how much time to I have, etc).
In my eating?
This has translated to PAYING ATTENTION. Not just to what I really feel like eating in any moment, but actually sitting down and ENJOYING each bite. Putting my phone down too— truly savoring my food with gratitude. It’s made me acutely aware of how rarely I was doing this, and it’s a shift I am grateful to embrace.
