He had no idea how much his life would change, but God did... I just hope that I’m making him proud! Over 200lbs down and I went from living to eat, to eating to live. I changed my life and the best part is I’ve been able to help inspire those around me! There’s no weightloss cheat code and I know because I’ve been able to lose the weight and keep most of it off the last few years. I even got my CPT certification because I knew I wanted to be knowledgeable and learn more! Changing my mindset, Prayer, Fasting, Meal prepping, Working out, drinking my water, and VSG are all tools that have helped me on my journey and still help today!
