INTRODUCING Part TWO of Nünchi Boba with Lexie Park @eatnunchi - Strawberry Jasmine. Both recipes were conceived at the same time, we wanted to offer a selection of flavors. We got inspired cooking up these ideas with Lexie - we even considered doing four different flavors, but we reeled ourselves in. The two we landed on, Mixed Citrus Oolong or Strawberry Jasmine, cover the two schools of candy preference: citrus flavors or cherry/strawberry flavors. On that note, fans of the Pink Starburst might find themselves tickled by Nünchi Boba: Strawberry Jasmine. The strawberry Delight is made with whole Albion and Mara De Bois strawberries from @chinofarms. We tested this theory and heard “It tastes like a Pink Starburst if it were made with real fruit”. It’s paired here with a green tea “boba” Delight for the aroma + textural experience of bubble tea.
