Because being “toned” is not the vibe anymore 💪
I feel like we all can relate to this mentality that started in our early 20’s. The fear of not lifting heavy because “you’ll look like a man”.
But now? My training goals go beyond just aesthetics. Don’t get me wrong, I’d love to tighten some thing up postpartum 😉 but I’m now ALSO working out because…
❤️I want to be a good role model for my daughter
❤️I want to age well and not be held back back physical limitations
❤️I want to one day be able to beat my kids in a race (lol)
Throughout my 10+ years of exercising, I can honestly say I never looked manly - even when l was at my most lean.
So pick up those weights and get lifting, my friend!
