Day Thirty: Pride Polaroid Project 2022 Pride never ends. When I started this Pride Polaroid Project four years ago I think I was looking to find inner peace and self acceptance. My hope was that documenting other people in our community who I see that in could potentially rub off onto me. What I learned and am still learning is you’ve gotta start by loving yourself. It’s not easy; working on this project, working on anything with meaning in life – though it’s a journey. And something to be continued, something to still be explored. I just want to close this chapter with this message that Pride is about self acceptance. I still need to learn that and perhaps whoever stumbles across this project need this gentle reminder too.
