phone ate first over the holiday week cause I knew I wanted to make this post as someone who hated eating issues around the holidays when I struggled with a binge eating disorder in college. rewiring the way I see fueling year after year has been amazing but working with a sports RD (@sportsdietitiankelsey 🤪) has changed the game this winter & I can’t wait to see what the coming weeks hold as my body has responded SO well in this season to just a little more carbs & a few simple changes. I ate a TON before working with an RD but hearing the exact amounts of specific food groups my body needs at specific times has continued to rewire the way I view meals & help me view the holiday goodies as a DELICIOUS way to fuel & feel better⛽️ thankful for where we are at. 2026 here we comeeee🤸‍♀️(also I know I’m BEYOND spoiled that both of my families eat so healthy + my mom mills her own wheat for most of the goodies she preps & made all the holiday meals extra gewwwd) ❤️❤️
