You can choose from an array of seafood combos like lobster, shrimp, dungeness combo, etc. And then choose the sauces, spice level and sides. I really dig the incorporation of Hawaii ingredients in the sauces!!! I got to try all 3 and they’re all awesome! They got their signature cajun with Hawaiian chili (Red), Lemon butter w/ Maui onion base and Hawaiian cacao w/ black pepper (Black) my favorite!
