Children are our future For years we have been teaching adults how to use the FACE the Challenge method in their lives, both personally and professionally. It has always been my desire to pass on my knowledge, also to children. The goal is that they can become strong and develop courageous personalities. We have found that even at an early age, the so-called soft skills, which are so important later in life, can be learned and promoted on their own initiative. The idea is not to tell children what to think, but how to think. We call this approach FACE Kids derived from the FACE method. Our approach is designed to help children find their personal strengths, develop willpower and make their own decisions. @tatjanakiel and I needed an exciting story about willpower with interesting characters. In cooperation with the german publishing group @verlagsgruppe_oetinger, we developed the book "Wil, der Wolkenstürmer, und der Traum vom Fliegen". We started it when the senseless war was still unimaginable. Thanks to the team we were able to finalize it "anyway".
