I always knew that apples and lace were a great match, but @hillhouse brings it to a whole other level. This vegan apple crisp will become your holiday go-to, just like this dress. There’s nothing like something sweet to spice up your festivities. #HillHouseHomePartner Apple Crisp: Servings: 10 Time: 1 h 15 minutes Ingredients: Filling: 6 medium sized apples (honey crisp and fuji) 1 lemon juiced 2 tbsp coconut sugar 2 tsp ground cinnamon 1/4 cup water 2 tbsp cornstarch Topping: 1 1/4 cup gluten free rolled oats 1/2 cup almond flour 1/2 all purpose flour (or gluten free) 1/2 cup coconut sugar 2 tsp ground cinnamon 1/2 cup walnuts 1/2 melted coconut oil Recipe: Preheat oven to 350 F. Peel apples, remove core, and slice them thinly lengthwise. Add to a large mixing bowl, and top with remaining filling ingredients. Mix well for apples to be well coated. Transfer apple filling to a pie dish or baking dish. Clean mixing bowl, and add all topping ingredients. Stir to combine. Transfer topping over apples in an even layer. Bake for 40-50 minutes uncovered until the filling is bubbling and the topping is golden brown. Let rest for 20 minutes before serving. Serve with your favorite vanilla or coconut ice cream. Enjoy!
