Well ... it’s 49 f and this fkn guy @jondarsky @pizzadelpopolo well nuff said :) I’m posting this for a reason and the reason is this ... once a week I meet my dear Pal JD for an early morning walk and talk ... ....we are both fathers husbands pizza idiots but we talk about life it’s challenges how the same we all are , what we are afraid of , fearless of or things in the middle ..how can we be better people or just better period ..having another set of eyes and ears that you can trust .. from a different perch and perspective is for me a priceless process.. of course I can go to my wife @wowmiabianco about anything and I do ... but this post is about talking period whether it’s a Friend a therapist or mentor , I would always rather say too much than not enuf (l know u know ;) .. if you are holding on to any pain or worry I pray we all find a safe constructive place to find solutions and know we are not alone ... and maybe this jumping in freezing cold works he’s got one of the sharpest minds and kindest hearts on the block ... any block ... so go jump in the lake or ocean or whatever just make sure to leave anything that does not serve a greater good in the water.... 👏🏼❤️
