The #RunWithRich event on Saturday was so uplifting! Such an inclusive event and it gave us the chance to catch up with so many of our friends. There was super strongman @antbryanfitness, the sunny, scooterer @misspbluedeva, the ever-energetic @millypickles ; and the legend that is @_all1k_ who ran both the 5k and the 1 mile. And of course, our good friends @coletteshaw from Steps Prosthetics and the @blatchfordgrp crew. Huge thanks go to @richard_whitehead_mbe and all the team at the @richard_whitehead_foundation for organising a day that was filled with sun, fun, acrobatic displays, and smiles.
