AD Trying judo for the first time ever🤯 @sure challenged me to try a new sport to show that fear of judgement or failure shouldn’t hold you back from moving how you want. I was so concerned initially as I had never done it before or done anything similar! I had no idea what to expect and I was so glad I had @blindtobes to teach me as he use to do it as a support! Having him to support me enabled me to feel more comfortable despite the fact I was pushing myself out of my comfort zone! It was unbelievably interesting to learn all the moves and how they work! I’m so glad I leaned into my confidence and pushed myself out of my comfort zone. It was so rewarding and I’m really proud of myself for doing it! #SureMovementChampion #NotDoneYet
