Fibroid Awareness Month No one really tells you what else can happen when you go through fertility treatment. Unfortunately I developed multiple fibroids during my first cycle. It took me a while to process a cycle let alone another condition when all I wanted was to conceive a child. I realized that I needed help. I was sad amongst other things that had taken place in my life, I fell into a deep depression. My health/life coach @whatchelseaeats saved me from falling deeper than where I was. Her love, support, guidance, & discipline allowed me to find myself - AGAIN! I changed my eating habits COMPLETELY & I could not feel more better today. I’ve now lost 22 pounds, don’t know how many inches, passed 7 fibroids naturally, & I’m only just beginning! I’m thankful for my support system, my close circle that rooted me on these last few months on this journey. This is just the beginning, but I have such a great start! I’m thankful for this new era.
