Ivan: still getting our butts kicked hard by what seems like a severe eczema flare up or unexplained persistent relentless body rash for Ivan that seems resistant to everything and keeps us up all hours of the night. still digging into what this is, what’s triggering it and what can provide relief. Moving to Austin: meanwhile working to purge lots of stuff from our current place in Connecticut which was always meant to be an in between place but we’ve been here for over two years now. This place is filled with baby stuff and now kid stuff along with things we brought with us from the city - memories and items of who we were pre-kid. My grandmother’s wooden furniture still waiting for a house to live in. So soon. Renovations: no one told me that renovating one part of a house leads to a million other things and I’m thinking perhaps We should have just moved and renovated things once we got down there but everyone told me it’s easier to do it before you move in but... idk! More in betweenness. I don’t know how soon these renovations will be done but we’ve decide to head to Austin at the end of this month no matter what.
