2nd place @timgardnerproductions Tampa Pro this weekend 💃🏽 (btw my hair didn’t grow these are extensions blended in perfectly thanks to @manesecretsbeauty 😍) . . Beyond proud of the package and presentation we brought to the stage this weekend @jamidebernard 🥹 Tampa Pro was a last minute decision I made to do last Friday while in Vegas. I was going to sit this one out because it fell on my ovulation weekend and we all know the last time I ovulated i competed in Texas and didn’t do so hot. It completely changed my physique however in this show I learned that I can compete during this time I just need to be lean enough so that when it hits it won’t be as drastic of a change in my look! (I’ll touch more on this in a later post) y’all I’m just stoked. Each show I learn something more about the process that works for my body and I’m excited going forward knowing what I know about myself and how I respond to manipulating the variables at hand! Next up is @musclecontest Pacific USAs in San Diego where I’ll be working my hardest to defend my title as I won this show last year!!
