INGREDIENTS 2 (15oz) cans cannellini beans, drained and rinsed 3-4 garlic cloves 1/4 cup (60ml) lemon juice, freshly squeezed 2/3 cup (150ml) extra virgin olive oil 2 tablespoons hot water Dill Parsley Salt, a good pinch Chili flakes, just a tiny Roasted pine nuts INSTRUCTIONS 1. Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth.
