The Panzanella E Burrata salad 🥗 Beautiful tomatoes from @burdock.grove.farm , bread, onion fennel, capers, basil from the garden + burrata cheese 🌱 The panzanella goes back to at least the 1500’s in Tuscany when the salad was created out of necessity: to not waste food + to use what was most fresh from the garden 🍅✨🧅🌿 We’re deep into tomato season + we’re loving it! 💛
